BDOS (Broker Dealer Operating System) is a software product that fully combines the Financial and Operational (as in FOCUS) aspects of back office operations for the introducing BD. It provides an extensive degree of management control, is affordable and significantly reduces cost. For over 20 years the accuracy, reliability and capability of BDOS has been proven to exceeded generic accounting packages and spreadsheets.

BDOS does Financial Statements. A Net Capital Computation can be done for any date: present, past or future. BDOS creates a monthly or quarterly FOCUS and is being readied for the new Supplemental FOCUS. All of this requires just a few mouse clicks!

The trade is recorded: BDOS validates the data, calculates clearing fees, calculates rep payouts, checks compliance and transparently generates all general ledger entries.

Payment is received: BDOS verifies payment on a trade by trade basis and automatically generates the general ledger entries.

Reps are paid: BDOS creates all ledger entries and writes to your checkbook.

BDOS has extensive reporting capability and allows output to XLS or PDF formats. AML compliance is supported. BDOS imports SDN lists from the Treasury web site and automatically checks against your client list.

BDOS has a full Audit Trail and provides a structured process to close each month and validate the data.
