Docu-Find from Digital Era Banking Services is a report archiving and retrieval/document management software solution offering financial institutions and data centers a range of capabilities for storing and retrieving their core processing reports and other documents. Reports/documents are archived on a Web server and backed up to read/writable DVD storage media. Features include:
Reports Review: Allows for daily review and tracking of specified reports for audit purposes; Keeps track of all reviewed reports and notations for reporting to audit agencies;
Report View: Allows for the lookup of one or more reports across one or more days; allows for display or printing of reports in text and PDF format; allows for the conversion of some reports into XLS format; enables the end user to respool any stored report or laser reformatted forms to print spool;
Notice Tracker: Allows the end user to lookup any tracked notice or statement by account number; allows for the search by single account number, comma separated list, or account range; gives the end user the capability to respool the found notice or notices to print spool for single reformat and print; all core application notices and statements are tracked by default; user defined reports can also be added to notice tracking.
