CompatibL Analyst is a complex front-end that provides full access to both data and code and called to serve the needs of quantitative analysts and business analysts dealing with various types of financial data. It has the same features and ease of use of a traditional technical computing environment while making it possible to write code in programming languages used by production software such as C# or C++. By avoiding the need to port the software from the technical computing language to the production software language, CompatibL Analyst dramatically shortens the path from the creation of a new algorithm to its use in production.
Once the code is developed within CompatibL Analyst, it can be exported as a standalone software project (completed with source code and make files) and integrated into any production environment without the necessity to port it to another programming language. Depending on the user’s preferences, the code can be compiled and executed both locally (including the benefits of multi-core CPUs) and on a remote server what can greatly improve the general calculations performance.
Thus, CompatibL Analyst, while allowing data integration from any data source, frees the user from the complexities of project files/make files, compiler settings, server APIs, deployment of DLLs, data access layers, etc., making it possible to focus exclusively on analytics and business logic.
