Our firm has been using ByAllAccounts to aggregate client data since early 2011. We have several financial institutions at which we hold only a small number of our clients' accounts. ByAllAccounts' solution offered us a great way to automate the data aggregation and import it into our portfolio accounting system. It has saved us time by not having to separately retrieve files from each of the sources and has saved us money by allowing us to consolidate each of the custodian interfaces into one ByAllAccounts Interface. They have even been able to engineer a custom data aggregation for one platform at a very reasonable cost.

We have been a customer of ByAllAccounts since 2007. The interface is beautiful, elegant and easy to use. In an age of having to do more with less – we were able to accomplish this by using ByAllAccounts to aggregate and automate all the transactions from many banks with many accounts. In the past this process was done manually on a daily basis. This is their business which they do extremely well but their real strength is the simplicity and ease of their upgrades. I highly recommend ByAllAccounts.

Working with By All Accounts has streamlined our download processing. We appreciate that BAA actively reviews incoming data making global adjustments to assure clean data as well as working with individual preferences through custom transaction filters. Overall our experience with BAA has been exceptional
