Global connectivity support under a Service Level Agreement
Pro-active network and connection monitoring
Rapid go-live of FIX connectivity across large numbers of trading counterparties
Installation and configuration of brokers, algorithms and ATS connections
Addition and certification of new brokers and algorithms
Pre-certification of broker, algorithm and ATS trading workflows
Single point of contact for connectivity issues between Minerva OEMS customers and trading counterparties
