I have had nothing but a great experience using their platform and up over 300% so far. They are a growing company and may have some growth pains as their platform evolves. I would highly advise using their services.

I was getting texts for months telling me about one successful trade they do after another, I listen to a webinar and talked to representatives of TradeAlgo claiming that they have access to Dark Pool institutional trading and they can identify large institutional selling orders which will push prices down or large institutional buying orders which will push prices up. I signed up and and very quickly realized that they have no idea of the direction of any stock price. The only thing that they can identify is large volume. without knowing the direction, this information is useless. Their actual trading platform has a very poor rate of success. Subscribers complain on their chat platform that they are very unhappy with the customer service and the platform. Instead of addressing the issues they censor and delete all negative posts. Only after you sign you are going to find out that if you choose to get out they will deduct 17% and also per diam. Save yourself money and don't sign up.
This company is a scam. They use high pressure sales and paid celebrity advertisers. If you want some low budget options ideas then that's what you get. Nothing proprietary and in fact everything they have is available with a little elbow grease on many data suppliers. Beware.
The product worked as represented. I was particularly impressed with their global equities coverage and real time speeds. I noticed an OTC API missing and they had their programmers actually built it for me. Charts have a lot of technical indicators and I am able to request equity analysts for live coaching sessions. Option greeks are very useful. My rep Mike is great.
I'm very satisfied with the data they provide. I've studied ATS's for a while and was looking for a good service because the raw data can be extremely difficult to manage on your own (if you can even find access, few have it). For those of you who are unaware, without ATS or "darkpool" data you might as well throw in the towel when it comes to the market. Their AI makes these closed off markets easy to use. I do both stocks and options and use the tool for maybe 15 minutes a day and see much greater success than I had been seeing on my own.
My only complaint: I wish they had a live chat room or live trading rooms where their community of clients could all work together. I think that would be beneficial for everyone. Other then that I highly recommend it!
